This year, my Valentine's Day gift was a perfectly original one. A bright, new copy of Home Made by Yvette Van Boven, a beautiful photographed cookbook of made-from-scratch recipes. Ice cream, canned preserves, cocktails - you name it, it's in here!
I will have to keep you updated on any recipes that I attempt. And to top off the romance, I received this weird button of my charming fiance that I have decided to wear everywhere. What a goofball:
